我的信息：男.30.已婚，有一个3岁的孩子.不会英文这次收到美国一个朋友的邀请让我去美国旅行。
半个月时间。老婆带孩子没空去。
我觉得问题出在房产证上，我只拿了房屋购买合同，因为房产证没有过户，所以现在没有。
面签官问我的房产证，我给他看了合同。忘了说，签证官还问了有没有贷款什么的，房子有贷款，我就说了。我觉得也有可能是这个原因吧？
房子的问题短期内无法解决，二签的时候怎么弥补呢？
对了，会不会是因为在美国的邀请人是女的的原因？她是我的朋友，给我发了邀请函，但是没有护照等信息，只有一个个人简介，也特别的简单，几排字。
签证官问我要过她的信息，我就给他看了，但觉得太简单了。会不会是因为这个？或者因为是女的？其他材料我还带了结婚证，车子证明，工作证明，朋友的邀请函，行程单。
问题是出在合同上么？如果2000去广州或者上海可以么？听说成都拒签很高，原来真的很高。

We have made a complete plan which will show you following,our trip will from 29 June to 13 July,and I make sure he will come back to China on time.because his happy family and job,andhis jobdo not allow a longer vecation.And I do believe he will have a great time here and this experience will do good for his little son.
My friend is a very good guy who love his family and do good to his friends,everyone who knows he that think he is so nice,and that is why I want to invite him to come to our trip in CA.

资产也不过硬，不能让人相信去了会回来。
邀请人士个女的也不无关系。
自己把问题搞复杂了，旅游签证就不需要邀请的。
等房子过户了再办吧。
有稳定收入的话，银行流水账带好，单位证明开好。
不能怪成都拒签率高，出示100万资产人家当然觉得你更有可能黑仔那里。
财产也不是越多越好。

我是成都10号早上10.30签的。我是单人去旅游的B2，VO只说了3句话就秒过，VO；到美国做什么，我；旅游.VO;你自己怎么游，我；和朋友一起，从洛杉矶到盐湖城到黄石公园，那边很漂亮。VO;是很漂亮，祝你旅途愉快！
我5.10早上预约的7点，而且我去了排在了7点那一批的第一个人，我和老婆，进去后排队很久，到8点才开始签，最后不到30秒就结束了，秒过。我觉得中介的话真的不要听，自己准备再去签比较好。
你这签过率应该很高的。 别紧张实话实说就行。
