意铁 super economy退票问题

买重了 想退掉一张 请问现在online怎么退?


customer area里进去 Compensation Request 说:To this solution is not yet possible to seek compensation as the verification is possible only after twenty days from the date of travel of the train.


是指要出发前20天才可以接受变更吗?或者请知道的朋友告诉我意铁的邮件地址或电话!!
