我跟我朋友相恋7年，最终打算4月底去瑞士结婚，请问在苏黎世办理同志结婚的话需要提前预约吗？另外不是瑞士本国的外籍人士可以在瑞士申请同志结婚登记吗？具体需要什么手续？谁能具体说明一下？急！
