英国旅游签在线表格，子女问题

准备带父母去英国，帮他们填在线表遇到一个关于子女的问题，不知道如何作答：

Do you have any dependant children?由于我已成年，这条当然选No

Please note: If a child is travelling without their parents, you should present written notification from the child's parent or legal guardian that they consent to the child's visit.
Will any other children be travelling with you? 这条该如何选，如果我陪父母一起去，选Yes吗？
这里的Children是指"儿童"，即其他人的未成年子女，比如侄女外甥等，还是指申请人上题中"dependant children"以外的"子女"?

英语不精，还请大家帮我解释一下。
