买了捷星北京-巴厘岛的联程票，中间在新加坡停9个半小时，想参加新加坡机场的2小时免费游，Email了新加坡机场得到回复是Since your flight is on Jetstar, you really would need visa to be able to transfer to your Bali flight. Please visit the Immigration and Checkpoints Authority website to know more about Singapore visa and its application.
Although, it might not be possible for you to join the tour as you will only be allowed to clear immigration once and you will be doing so once you transfer to your onward flight going to Bali.
