加TRV签证，9月26邮递大使馆，10月16汇费已被兑换

RT， 9月26日帮爸妈准备好材料申请加拿大TRV签证，准备12月去加拿大旅游+探望我。

10月2日EMS显示大使馆收件，10月16日邮局查询汇票已兑。10月发邮件去，被告知处理时间为8周，让我8周了还没有消息去问。

12月已经10周的时候去问，说申请还在排队当中，然后给了很多解释，说什么Please be advised that we do our best to process application. However, processing times may be longer due to the high volume of applications received. Our office processes all applications in order of receipt. Please also note that we do not provide express service. We will not reply to emails asking for faster service. Please do not take any final steps, such as purchasing plane tickets, until a visa is approved.

前天都1月14号，我又给大使馆发邮件，回复就一句Please be advised that this application is in queue for review. It is impossible for us to set an exact time when results will be available. 求救！！！！请问哪位大神的签证拖过这么久吗？ 不管同意还是拒绝，至少有个信啊！
我等了这么久还是IN QUEUE FOR REVIEW, 都是不是 IN PROCESS （当然我不知道是不是只要没有定案都说IN QUEUE）
PS: 看论坛有其他朋友CASE FINALISED之后都还要等一个月。。。。
