注册cleartrip老有问题，大家给看看

它发邮件说照片不能大于1mb,可我的照片才178KB。不知怎么好了。
它这么回复：
Dear Customer,

Kindly send us the scanned copy of your passport along with your irctc user id. So that we can forward your email to the concerned department. Scanned passport should be sent as an attachment only (not embedded inside the email body) and size of this attachment should be less than 1MB.

Please note that you will receive your mobile verification code through email sent to your registered email ID.


Suggestion: Please do not click on the resend mobile button
for retrieving mobile verification code as the same will be provided to
you from our end only.
