关于在英国转机免签证问题~~急啊求解答

准备从英国转机飞往目的地的，我拿的是波兰national D类留学签证，查过一些网上资料，有个说法是，符合transit without Visa的条件的均可免签直接转机（我截了两段貌似符合我情况的条文）
1，A valid common format category D visa for entry to an EEA state – see our 'EEA and Swiss nationals' leaflet for a list of EEA states.
2，A valid common format residence permit issued by an EEA state under Council Regulation (EC) number 1030/2002.1，
其中EEA国家包括波拉的~~
按照这样我是不是可以直接免签啊？。。因为我要托运行李什么的，肯定要出关入关把托运的行李转去另一个航空公司托运。。拜托了，麻烦高人指点啊~~

我在法国 也是D类签证 我们这边没有英签不敢随便买英国转机的机票 有不少人在那遇到麻烦了 转机在同一航站楼的还好 像你这种中途出关换航空公司的估计会有问题
