关于租车保险的问题

在vroomvroomvroom上租了hertz的车,其中一个条款是说
Basic insurance cover (LDW) for cars (not specialty cars, AWD's 4WD's, 12 seater van, luxury models) with an excess of $3300 AUD and/or Single Vehicle Accident Damage Excess $2200 (SVA) - excluding local taxes and surcharges. Excess reduction can be purchased separately upon arrival
Single Vehicle Accident Damage 是不是指单次车祸索赔2200？如果多次车祸的话，索赔在3300？如果我要买别的保险的话，就应该是应该买到3300吧。
