如图，地铁和火车之间1分钟都不给，不敢买票了。大家有遇到这种情况么？顺便问一句，在national rail上买当天往返的票（全天往返票价格一致），一定得按预订的时间坐车么？还是一天内任意时间坐车往返都可以？

I guess it has already include the transfer time, because it will not take that long between Pad and EUS.
I suggest you to book the train ticket only, and buy an Oyster card or the tube ticket separately to allow more time on the tube- if you are worried.
Also, try to click 'check for live travel updates' and see whether there is any problem (e.g., engineering work) between PAD and EUS. Good luck

地铁时间给的就是富裕的，如果不放心刻意从PAD早点出发嘛当天往返看fare吧，普通的off－peak就只能做off－peak时段的车，anytime的就任何时候都能坐，不过这两种票在车站买价钱和网上一样滴，没必要提前买
提前买的折扣票就是你定的那个时间，不过一般不太会管，真遇到查票的说两句好话装个可怜就过去了
