紧急求助：订购了曼谷航空的曼谷往返普吉的机票，收到的邮件却是

Your seat has been confirmed. But your ticket has not been issued due to the unsuccessful payment. Please contact Bangkok Airways ticketing Office or Reservation Center for making a new payment. However, your ticket will be issued only after your payment transaction is completed. To complete your purchase, please print this email or record the reservation code and contact the nearest Bangkok Airways Ticketing Office or Reservation Center on 1771 ( within Thailand ) or +66 2 270 6699 throughout 24 hours or our office nearest to you to issue the ticket within the ticket time limit you have been advised when your seat confirmed, otherwise your seat will be canceled.

已经回复了confirm邮件要求issue tiket,但是没有回音，招行的信用卡也没有扣款。打过电话到曼航，可惜不知道怎么操作。求前辈帮助。
