意铁订票提问，急！！！

我是工商银行VISA欧元双币信用卡。购买意铁每次支付都不成功，显示Error code : 101 Dear customer, due to some malfunction of the banking system the transaction was not successfully completed. No charges made. Please try again later.我已经开通境外支付了呀。打电话问3ds支付什么的，工行根本不知道这是什么东西。
填写信息，会碰到corporate ID,Contact number不知道怎么填写。那个ID是什么？填写身份证么？我的中国手机号码直接写上去麽?
急，8月6号就出发了，现在就是买不起来~~~
