伦敦easy bus 的车票现场能买到吗？

英航晚上9点多到heathrow机场，由于第二天一早luton机场的机票飞爱丁堡，所以定了luton附近的酒店，大晚上要从heathrow赶到luton。national express最晚班是23:30，应该能赶上，但万一出关慢赶不上想准备第二套方案去luton,先搭地铁或火车到伦敦市中心然后转easy bus,但由于时间上不能确定，目前无法网上提前订easy bus的票，所以想请教高手指点一下：1.easy bus的票现场买是否方便？在哪买？票价和网上差距大吗？ 2.晚上十一二点从heathrow机场到伦敦市中心，什么交通方式便宜快捷？ 3.在伦敦市中心哪一站倒easy bus更方便快捷？
