请问中国的信用卡不能在nshispeed.nl订票么?

今天在网上想买从amsterdam to bruxell 的车票，可是换了多张卡，网页都返回“Unfortunately your payment could not be processed. Please end this browser session to try again. Our apologies for any inconvenience caused. Creditcards from most countries outsides Europe are not accepted on our site.” 请问各位长老，谁遇到过类似情况，如何解决？ 谢谢了
补充：我的招行信用卡已经在DB 和 OBB上买了10多张车票，网上支付额度也已经调整好了。但还是出现此类问题。
