机票资料错误更正問題

分开购买了上海往返马尼拉的机票，去程完全没问题。

但在购买2人马尼拉回上海的全价票时，填写了旅客姓名、护照信息、出生年月等信息后，没有注意系统默认我注册时留下的英文名sidney被自动填充到表单中，而不是我护照上的姓名拼音。

得到的回复是

This is to acknowledge the receipt of email below. May we request to please send supporting documents that Chen/Xi and Chan/Sidney is the same person?
我提供了护照扫描件，并要求核实 Sidney Chan 和 Chen Xi在注册时使用了相同的护照号码及出生年月。

但是得到的答复是

In case, you are not able to provide ids with SIDNEY CHAN. Name change fee of 3000.00php is applicable.

Please submit the following documents:

1 Primary ID (passport) of the original passenger
1 Secondary ID of the original passenger
Letter of Authorization (attached) – signed by the original passenger
1 Primary ID (passport) of the new passenger
1 Secondary ID of the new passenger

Once all documents are received and request is approved, name change fee must be settled more than 4 hours prior the departure date.
我没有我英文名的护照及证明文件，请问我该怎么办？
