求助啊！！！取消agoda的订单钱还是被冻结！！

在agoda订了卢塞恩的房间，但是钱是在定房时就被划走了，而且价格比打电话给银行说被酒店冻结还没有结算。由于签证没约上第二天退订。但现在钱也没有被退回来。我该怎么办？？急！
agoda的取消政策明明写着：If cancelled up to 2 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged. If cancelled later or in case of no-show, 100 percent of the first night will be charged.
