关于布达佩斯single ticket换乘的问题

我看到很多人说single ticket不能换乘。我想问的是这个换乘指的是subway，tram与bus之间的换乘，还是指metro line1,，2，3 之间的换乘。
我看了下官网， 他说Valid for one uninterrupted trip without change on BKV bus, tram, underground, trolleybus, cogwheel railway services on the whole length of the lines but on HÉV suburban railway only within the administrative boundaries of Budapest。另外一句是说during the time of validity you can change lines within the metro network (metro lines 1, 2 or 3)。所以我想确认下，我不想被罚款啊
