求助，agoda普吉酒店邮件，谁收到过？

今天收到了agoda的一封邮件，没见过……直接去google翻译 大概意思看懂了 具体意思啥啊？内容如下：
Dear XXX，

Please be informed that the hotel is going to be on the renovation during 01 July 2012 – 31 August 2012.and they apologize on this inconvenience.
The hotel would like to offer 2 options for the below Booking:

Option 1 - If you prefer to remain at the Karon Beach, the hotel would like to offer the Standard Room at Malai House (www.malaihouse.com)
Option 2 - Complimentary room upgrade from the Deluxe Pool View to Grand Pool View at the Sugar Palm Grand Hillside (www.sugarpalmgrand.com)

Then hotel looks forward to hearing from you and will do the best to ensure the pleasant stay for your guest.

我看了下大概意思，要高装修，时间是7月到8月底？让我换酒店？还是让我咋办？还是退款啥的？有谁知道吗？我英文不太好……还是靠翻译看的！
2个选项我都看过了 一个2星级 价格很便宜
第二个选项Grand Pool View 在agoda上60%优惠 2晚含税才88美元，我预订的时候可是付了大约95美元啊
只能选这2个 不能退款呀！~我还指望他升级成好点的呢 我当初在那边酒店 预订的可是Deluxe pool view with breakfast，到这边就给整成了普通的了……谁知道现在怎么办呢~
