菲律宾签证

跟大使馆要了材料要求，可是不知道下面这些经济证明里哪一条比较好办

申请一次入境签证，需下列文件中的任何一条经济能力证明；申请多次入境签证，需下列文件中的任何两条经
济能力证明；
a. Employment certification/introduction from work unit bearing company letterhead, authorized signature and
chop. Please type in English or attach an English translation;
印有公司抬头信笺，有公司授权人签字和盖章的工作大伟介绍信。请打英文或附英文翻译;
b. Certificate of property ownership with its English translation;
个人财产证明，请附英文翻译；
c. Written guarantee executed by an accredited Chinese travel agency;
中国授权旅行社的保证书
d. Bank statement; and
银行存款证明；
e. Written guarantee executed by a Filipino citizen or reputable Philippine company;
一菲律宾公民或著名菲律宾公司经过公证的保证书；
