求助，关于取消预定住宿，对方迟迟不退款

事情是这样的
1.我在2012.04.19在www.riversideresort-utah.com预定了房间，次日得到回复确认并扣款$96.19
2.我在2012.05.13想取消预定，发信给他，得到答复是要扣$10手续费,我同意了,可是我的信用卡迟迟没收到退款,
3.于是我从2012.05.22开始每天发5-6封信给他,直到2012.05.28才得到回复,如下
We have decided to issue you a refund, less the $10.00 processing fee. Not because of your persistent e-mails, although your determination makes me smile, but rather because we are feeling like passing along a small blessing to you.
