坑爹的Ryanair订票--不知所措

我刚才订了Ryanair的机票，定票过程也没提醒有问题。订完后马上收到了以下这个邮件，根据邮件里的Reservation Number到Ryanair主页查询，根本找不到。奇怪的是邮件里行程，乘客信息和支付细节都没有显示。彻底迷糊了，请高人指点。一般定票成功的自动回复邮件是怎样的？他们有没有咨询邮件地址啊？
