和大家讨论一下在alamo uk上租车的问题。

我打算去美国的时候在盐湖城租车，对比之后发现还是英国的网站上便宜。但是因为在dollar uk上找不到盐湖城的选项，所以准备转战alamo。

但是目前我有几个问题：

1、我看了一下alamo给的信息，上面写着"Prices given on this website are not applicable to residents of the USA or Canada or holders of USA or Canadian driving licenses. By making a reservation on this site you confirm that you reside outside the USA or Canada and are not a holder of a USA or Canadian driving license and accept that your reservation may be rejected at the time of pick-up if a USA or Canadian driving license is presented.“

按照这句话的意思来讲，只要不是美国或者加拿大公民，或者有美国或加拿大驾照的人，这个价格都适用。也就是说我们从中国按这个价格租车是可行的对吗？

2、有一个"alamo gold"的计划，包含如下内容：Unlimited mileage，Collision Damage Waiver (CDW)，Liability Protection (LP) ($1 million liability coverage)，Airport fees，State/local taxes and surcharges，One tank of fuel，Additional Drivers，我们第一次去美国，我觉得有这个比较保险，但是下面的附则里写"Alamo Gold pay locally rates are only available on rentals of 4 days or more. Alamo Gold prepay rates are available on any rental duration. This offer is only available to UK residents." 意思是不是这个东西只适用于英国本国居民。

3、如果没没办法参加这个gold计划的话，我可以到现场去加上一些保险吗，最主要第一次去，怕出问题。现场加的话，大概价格是多少？

另外，有人在alamo uk上实际操作过吗，在盐湖城提车会有问题吗？
