在美签到期前一周入境会有麻烦吗？

States for a specific period of time, s/he will note your authorized
period of stay
on your admission stamp or paper Form I-94,

States during
your authorized period of stay, even if your
visa expires during the time you are in the United States. If you are
issued
a paper Form I-94, this will document your
authorized stay and is the official record of your permission to be in
the U.S.
It is very important to keep inside your
passport.

如果能赶在到期前再入境一次不就可以省下千把块钱的签证费了嘛！省下的钱就当是买到了特价机票， 更符合游四海旅游的精神。况且听说美国准备给中国公民发有效期5年的签证，下次能直接拿到5年的签证就太划算了

5，6楼严重误导，你就是最后一天去，照样可以进，而且最多可以停留6个月，根本没有什么签证有效期内离境的规定，纯粹胡说。

美国不同，只要I-94在有效期内，签证过期，也是合法居留。

必须在签证到期之前离开。入境时百分之百会问。你是从中国去么？还是临近国家？

同问，我是今年10月15日到期，想9月底再去一次！
