2、选择好位子，填入姓名等后进入下一页，系统显示：we are sorry but we are unable to meet your request. Please contact Trenitalia’s ticket desks directly.是为什么呢？

3、搜索出班次后，多数都显示NA，是不能在线购买还是已经售完了呢？

4、打电话问上海的意铁办事处直接预定，被告知没有位子了，就说明肯定没有位子了吗？
