求助各位，
我3月19日在ibis网站上定了那种不可取消的住宿费，并收到建行visa的消费短信和ibis 邮件确认函，但随后不久又收到ibis 巴黎酒店的一封信，说由于技术原因被取消。我的慢慢维权路就此开始…哎
邮件全文大致如下
Cancellation of reservation / IBIS BASTILLE OPERA
Due to a technical issue, your reservation made on 19 Mar 2012 at 1400 for the IBIS BASTILLE OPERA hotel could not be processed and no bank transaction has been carried out for this request.
We suggest that you make your reservation again on www.accorhotels.com site or contact our reservation department. You can find the telephone number for the reservations department by clickling here.……

现状：
（1）我在ibis网站上用我的预约号码进入，并没有看到取消的记录。
（2）和ibis酒店确认，中国的和巴黎酒店都发过邮件，酒店系统的看到我是“取消”状态
（3）银行说这笔钱已经成功入账，应该下月就要还款。
求助各位，这种情况，我应该找谁？怎么做，旅游前被这件事情弄得挺烦心的
这事今天解决了，不是信用卡的问题，原来是对方系统的问题。我前几天发了封email给对方，把情况说明，然后收到这段回复。
