求助！新加坡签荷兰申根

荷兰驻新加坡大使馆要求如下：


You cannot apply for a visa earlier than 3 months before the date you will be traveling;


A passport, valid for at least six months, plus a photocopy;


A valid Singapore employment pass, work permit, student's pass, with re-entry permit/residence permit, plus a photocopy;

One fully, correctly and clearly completed application form, duly dated and signed. (Please do not use white liquid for corrections on the form);

One recent*, passport-size photograph (mouth closed);

An original reference letter from your Singapore employer or company or spouse's employer, company;

A confirmed return or onward airline ticket. You may also present a flight-reservation upon submission of your application, but the (e-)ticket must be presented before the issuance of a visa, plus a photocopy;

Recent* bank statements from your private bank account, plus a photocopy;

Proof of travel/accident insurance (including cost of repatriation). Coverage: a minimum of 30,000 euro (thirty thousand Euro) for the whole duration of the stay, valid for all Schengen countries. Only when the visa is approved, the original insurance document must be shown before the visa will be issued, plus a photocopy;

A confirmed hotel Booking, plus a photocopy.

* recent = not older than 3 months


现在主要的问题是机票。关于机票的要求是提交申请的时候可以用确认信，但签发的时候要出票并出具票的原件和复印件。可是我现在回程票还没确定买哪儿（英国美国或者中国），现在还在等录取通知。如果我买去美国的票，但我签荷兰的时候还没有美国签证，会不会被拒签？我是不是可以他通知我去领的时候拖两天？但这样的话最后买的票和之前提交application的票不一样有没有关系？或者我可不可以先买到英国的票（比较便宜），如果最后不是去英国我就去英国逛一圈再飞别的地方。英国的签证去荷兰办，这样可以么？
