日本留学生申请意大利申根签证问题

大家好！我是在日本一所国立大学的大一留学生，想明年2,3月申请申根签证到欧洲去玩一个月，但很担心签证问题，在此想请教大家几个问题


1.我日本留学签证还是2年有效期，之前去过土耳其和埃及，来日本也15个月了，银行账户里有大概90W日元（7WRMB的样子），和一张有4W RMB额度的中国银行信用卡（老妈给得副卡，但需要提供对账单，我妈的名字，但对账单上的卡号是我的卡），请问获得签证的几率大吗？


2.使馆回我的邮件说需要我大学出个保证书保证我旅游完了回国，但我大学说没有这个制度，只能开在学证明书，请问只有这个可行吗？


3.需要提供的银行账户进出履历帐是不是就是存折的复印件？需要银行盖章吗？


4.申请表的内容需要手写还是打印上去？


以下是使馆回我的邮件


Applicants must present their visa request along with the following documents:


1) visa application, which you can find directly at the Embassy;


2) valid passport, with still three months of validity after the end of the visa you are applying for. If you are a foreigner living in Japan, a Japanese residency and re-entry permits must be on the passport and still valid at the end of the visa;


3) 1 picture, passport size;


4) Japanese certificate of residency, in original (or alien card if you are a foreigner for Japan);


5) if you work for a company in Japan, a certificate attesting: date of start of your job, kind of job and amount earned per year will be requested. If you are a student, a letter from the School/University declaring the course you are attending, the year of enrollment and presumed completion of studies, the declaration of responsibility about your return to Japan is required;


6) flight and hotel reservations (in case different Italian cities are going to be visited, reservation must report names, addresses and phone numbers of the different hotels);


7) bank statement of the last six months. In case you are a wife/husband of a Japanese national who guarantees for you, the latter has to personally sign a letter of guarantee at the Embassy or, if he/she is not present when you apply for the visa, he/she can sign the letter and put his/her personal stamp on it;


8) travel insurance, valid in all Europe, covering the traveler during all the period of the visa and with a minimum coverage of at least 30,000 Euro in case of accident (or equivalent amount in Yen);


9) 6,600 Yen in cash as per visa fee. Please note that visa fee vary according to the currency exchange rate, therefore the said amount may be slightly different.
