法签：催签信怎么写

偶7号交递签的，刚好15天了，9月中出发，原本不着急的，但是现在有点特殊情况，需要尽早知道签证结果，求高手教教催签信怎么写，中文还是英文，需要签证中心和法领馆各发一份吗？

上海法签的效率实在太低了。。。为嘛北京和成都都很快呢。。。我和楼主差不多，也是九月出行，提前交申请就是为了早些拿到早做准备，如果只按出发时间来排发签证的顺序，那早申请就没有意义了啊。。。
