Dear Madam,



On courier received on 15/07/2010, you requested a reexamination of your visa application submitted for tourism and which has been refused by our services on 09/07/2010.

After reexamining your visa application, our services maintain the previous refusal decision.

As per the actual regulation in place as far as issuing Schengen visas, our services don’t have to motivate our decisions.



You can of course choose to submit a new visa application that will be study with the up most attention required and in conformity with the actual regulation in place for visas deliverance.

You can also submit a new application as part of a tourist group through travel agency.



You can also directly appeal at the Commission of Appeals for visas refusal decisions (Commission de Recours contre les décisions de Refus de Visa- CRRV).

The regulation number 2000-1093 from November 10th 2000, has created an appeal process in front of the Commission of Appeals for visas refusal decisions.

If you decide to intent such an appeal, you have to send the appeal letter to the Commission of Appeal (CRRV- BP 83609, NANTES CEDEX 01-FRANCE) within two months from reception of the present notification and must states a clear expose of the reasons you are invoking to request for the cancellation of the refusal decision that has been previously taken.
