从纽约飞上海，法兰克福转机，要签证么？

我在美国是Ｆ１visa，买了张汉莎的机票从纽约回国，要在法兰克福转机，我看德国领事馆网站说中国护照不需要办ｔｒａｎｓｉｔ ｖｉｓａ，但是agency跟我说最近很多亚洲国家的在欧洲转机都被卡了，咋回事啊，有没有像我这样转机过的，需要签证么？
