意签，有人在hotels.com订宾馆吗？

今天翻遍了所有的旅馆的取消政策，hostelworld 虽然可以买取消预定，但是毕竟不是全款支付，怕意大利使馆给我找事，想找一个全款支付的，然后取消更改不收费的。。

突然发现了www.hotels.com

他家的取消政策是：Cancellation Policy

We understand that sometimes plans fall through. We do not charge a change or cancel fee. However, this property (Hotel Franchi) imposes the following penalty to its customers that we are required to pass on: Cancellations or changes made after 12 AM (W. Europe Standard Time) on Apr 12, 2009 are subject to a 1 Night Room & Tax penalty. The property makes no refunds for no shows or early checkouts



还说：

Your charge card will be charged for the full payment upon submitting your reservation request。

还说了：

Hotels.com will not charge you for this service but your network operator may. Please contact your network operator directly for further information on the charges they apply.



我不明白他们还会要求什么别的费用吗？？？

还有是不是我现在定了宾馆，他们就立马把全款划走了，然后等我24小时之前取消了，他们会把钱给我转回来，原款吗？还是被扣掉了什么东西？？？
