意大利拒签-写信过去回复了-是不是重新提交还有

以下内容是他们给我的回复，一旦他们做出决定就不能回头了，信上也提出了重新提交，但不知道有多少几率，请问穷友的朋友，你觉得我有必要再一次提交吗？还是再一次提交就根本没有多大意义了呢？


Dear Lady,



according to the Schengen and Italian regulations about the issuance of tourism visa, Consulates are not supposed to to examine again the applications once the decision has been taken.

Anyway, you can submit a new application whenever you want and we will examine it again.
