英国从奥地利经过捷克2天再到德国签证求助

我看到很多帖子说去捷克如果不超过5天是不要签证的


我拿的是英国的学生签证


我正打算从奥地利路过布拉格(大概待个1-2天吧)然后去柏林


这样需要签证么?


有没有经验的人能解答呢...有没人在爱丁堡签过捷克呢?

AUSTRIA (AT)



If holding Hong Kong (SAR China) or Macao (SAR China)

passport: visa not required.


In all other cases:

visa not required provided:

- continuing to a third country without leaving the airport

transit area; and

- arriving and departing from/to a non-Schengen country

(see TIRGL/SCHS ); and

- holding confirmed tickets and all documents required for

next destination.


CZECH REPUBLIC (CZ)



Passport required.


1. If holding passport (must be valid for at least 90

days beyond period of intended stay) issued by:

- Hong Kong (SAR China); or

- Macao (SAR China):

visa is not required, for a max. stay of 3 months in a half

year period.


2. Visa not required for a max. stay of 90 days, if holding:

- residence card issued to a family member of an E.E.A. or

Swiss national; or

- residence permit with the annotation long term resident's

EC residence permit" (which can be issued in the form of a

sticker or a separate document).


3. In all other cases:

passport (must be valid for at least 90 days beyond expiry

date of the visa) and visa required.


However (effective up to/incl June 21, 2008), if passenger

is:

- in transit through Czech Rep.; and

- continuing their journey (incl. other modes of transport)

to a third country; and

- holding a national visa for Cyprus, Estonia, Hungary,

Latvia, Lithuania, Malta, Poland, Slovak Rep. or Slovenia:

visa not required for a max. transit period of 5 days.


Visitor must hold:

- all documents required for next destination; and

- return/onward ticket or sufficient funds to buy one; and

- sufficient funds to cover intended stay.


For School Groups travelling within the E.U., pupils do not

require:

1. a passport or visa, when the "List of Travellers" (LOT):

- is stamped by the school and authenticated by the

responsible authority of the Member State; and

- contains photos of the pupils; or

2. a visa, when the LOT:

- is stamped by the school (this will not contain photos of

the pupils); and

- pupil holds their own travel document and proof of

residence.

In both cases, the school group must be accompanied by a

teacher who can identify the pupils.
