上海德签酒店传真问题

我预约9月8号上海德签，但现在就由hrs发了传真确认， 多次电话给酒店，但酒店没有传真发出，不知道使馆是否接受hrs的传真，还有传真时间是否有规定，因为我看到网上规定是酒店传真，不过没有时间要求。另外，我预定机票有传真， 但是没有出票可不可以？

Dear Sir/Madam,
The required hotel Booking confirmations ought to be provided in form of original faxes from the booked hotels
Other kind of confirmation is not acceptable.
