紧急求助：从英国自驾去欧洲，车辆的要求

计划下周自驾去欧洲，从Dover到Calais，但是看到Dover网站要求：Generally, you need to be able to show evidence of ownership of your vehicle and insurance cover. You will need to adapt your headlights, display a GB sticker and carry a first aid kit, spare light bulbs, a high visibility vest and a warning triangle.除了first aid kit、warning triangle外其他都准备了，请教有必要准备这两样吗？有人查吗？
