auto europe的网站上租车有的车有Refundable Excess Program，我看他的中文页面是全车险的意思，但是看他的英文介绍好像又不是这个意思。。。
请问这个到底是什么意思啊？

Auto Europe are able to offer 2 products to help protect our customers when things go wrong. we have our Refunable Excess and our Zero Excess products. These products cover the insurance excess when you have an accident in your hire car. The "Refundable Excess" give the customer the ability to claim the insurance excess back from Auto Europe if there is an accident. The customer pays the excess, provides Auto Europe with the Police/accident report and we then refund the excess to the customer. The Zero excess is a limited product where there are no insurance excesses in place. These applie to certain suppliers in certain locations and can be seen when making a Booking.
refundable excess大致意思就是出了事故，保险公司免赔的那部分，你先付，然后出具相关单据给auto europe，auto europe把钱再还给你。这是auto europe对普通车损险的一个补充，可以视为全险，但有一个你先垫付，auto europe再refund给你的过程。
