菲律宾 7天免签 问题！

现在持有澳大利亚的多次有效签证，想去菲律宾。准备上海-马尼拉。 现在想确认下上海出境，没有菲签，边检没问题吧。 希望有过经验的TX指点。确认无误就关心票价订票了。

你确定菲律宾免签了吗？近几年菲律宾外交部对中国人申请签证有何新策略新变化吗？持有所谓发达国家的有效签证就能得到免签7天的优惠吗？反正以前不行。
04年我在以色列特拉维夫的菲使馆申请签证，当时我的护照上也有澳大利亚的有效签证，而且还有用过的美国，日本签证。菲律宾使馆人员还是让我回中国申请签证。
05年8月，我从香港乘菲航的飞机经马尼拉去关岛，在机场办完登记手续后护照就被暂时“保管”，港方的解释是应菲律宾航空公司的要求由机长保存，到马尼拉办完专机后再还给你。
飞机一落地，空姐拿着我们的护照让我和太太先出舱门，把我们直接交给机场办理转机登记的官员，办完专机的手续后才将护照归还给我们，苦苦在机场等了近十几个小时才登上去关岛的飞机。
07初，我已在新加坡工作了两年，除了有新加坡的长期工作签证外，还有美国的有效签证，我们去宿务休假，还是要去菲律宾在新加坡的使馆申请签证，花费了100新币。（在北京的申请费才200多人民币）。因此听楼主讲菲律宾可以给“免签7天”的优惠我很惊讶何疑问？
如果真有此事到是个好消息。

菲律宾的免签政策是针对持有包括澳大利亚有效签证在内的签证持有人的,但是只可以停留7天.时间太段.
我关心的是能否从HK出发。呵呵。。。我买了5。1的机票，也是持有澳签一年多次。
我去年劫持人质时在马尼拉, 还好!每年我都去菲岛度假,自己注意安全就好!南部不要去!
