1. Business License of Enterprise Legal Person is the certificate for an enterprise’s obtaining enterprise legal person qualification and legal operation.
2. The License is made in original and duplicate, with same legal effect.
3. The original copy shall be placed in an eye-catching position in enterprise legal person’s residence.
4. The License shall not be forged, amended, leased, lent or transferred.
5. An enterprise legal person, in case of changing the registration items, shall approach the original registration authority to apply for changing registration.
