急 在venere定酒店 被扣了1200美元

网上查了在venere定酒店，只要不是那种特价的及时取消就不收钱，我就在venere定了两间酒店，第二天就取消了。结果收到招行的订单，消费了总共1200美元。不是那种预授权是确确实实的收了钱。我现在该怎么办啊?难道就这样损失1200多美元？哪位大侠支招啊。

You may cancel the reservation without being charged the penalty indicated by the property by: MONDAY, AUGUST 09, 2010 at 11 pm (GMT +2h) You cannot cancel your reservation if you selected and booked a room indicated as "PREPAID/NON REFUNDABLE".

Venere.com never charges a penalty for cancellations. The Hotel International has the right to charge a penalty for cancellation requests made after the deadline indicated above and/or if you do not follow the instructions specified in the section "How to Cancel Your Booking".

Hotel will charge a non-refundable deposit . For a reservation of 1 room: 1

night on your credit card // for several rooms: 75% of the total amount // for

more than 5 nights: 50% not refundable even if the Booking is cancelled or

modified in any

cases. In case of no-show or late cancellation 72 h before the arrival date

the total amount of the stay will be charged. The payment of the stay is

due at CHECK-IN. FULL DEPOSIT is not refundable.
