想咨询下去加拿大的签证问题

我跟我男朋友在澳洲留学的时候认识的，现在已经好了快三年。
好之前他家就开始办去加拿大的移民，而办下来的时候，我们俩正在交往中，他为了陪我没有立刻去加拿大坐移民监。直到我俩都大学毕业，才回来的。去年12月31号，也就是今年年初去的加拿大。
我想过去陪他，因为长距离的恋爱真的很辛苦。所以想6月初等他考完CFA后过去。
但这几天给我的打击很大，问了几个人，他们说我俩澳洲的同居证明在加拿大是无效的（虽然在澳洲同居1年半后就视为结婚）。除非我俩真的注册结婚，但我觉得结婚时一辈子的大事儿，不应该为了结婚而结婚。所以不想通过结婚来解决。同时也不想再留学深造了。
现在是不是只有走旅游签才能行得通？
我看了网上朋友们的一些帖子，挺受益的，但条件又跟他们不太一样，怕被拒签以后就不好办了。
请大家帮我分析下，我办旅游签的成功率能有多少呢？
我目前条件是
有留学经验10年多了
有1份房产证明，自己的
有个40W的死期（是09年10月份回国后，同年11,12月存进去的）
活期现在几乎没有，之前存进5k多，但现在只有1，2千
但
没有任何的工作经验
自己目前没车
也没有亲戚在加拿大（表哥去年刚在美国拿到绿卡，不知道这个条件能不能帮助的上）
希望大家能帮助下我，我现在完全不知道自己该怎么办....

If he sponsors you to immigrate to Canada now as a common-law partner, the application will be rejected without hesitation because CIC will consider your boy-friend's dishonesty when himself applied for the immigration. It's a contradiction that he reported to be "Single" but now says that he once co-lived with you in Australia. "Dishonesty" is a severe sin in the view of CIC.
