1.是不是全部要用大写填写？
2. other names 没有的话是不是就填N/A？

是的，但是个别地方，比如电子邮件或者地址的部分，小写问题也不大

你提供的财产证明如果是自己的信用卡或者自己名下的银行账单，就写myself。如果不是就写父母，因为是爹妈，所以给我钱花……

就是问你在UK打算花多少钱，这主要看你提供的资金证明，如果有银行证明，就写证明上的钱数。

个人觉得，访友不如旅游靠谱，因为之前一个朋友的女朋友在瑞典签英国的访友就被拒了……不过，如果材料充分，问题不大吧。
