我现在拿的是西班牙的学生居留，打算一月回国，定了从英国转机的机票，查了半天，有说需要办落地签的，有说不要办的，到底是怎么回是啊？有哪位可以帮忙解释一下吗？还有如果要办的话是怎么办啊？

a diplomatic or service passport issued by the People’s Republic of China; or

学生居留，3月底到期，我是1月中回去到3月2号回来，航空公司是BA的，全程都是，转机只有2，3个小时.
