准备签证的，请教申请表上几个问题（英签法）

请前辈指点，申请表上有几个问题不太清楚：


27. In the case of transit, have you an entry permit for the final country of destination?

Yes or No??


34. Name of host or company in the schengen states and contact person in host company. If not applicable, geve name of hotel or temporary address in the Shengen states.

这个我们用回答吗，只是去旅游的？还是把旅馆地址写上？
