- being an alien resident of Liechtenstein or Switzerland;
or
- holding a valid visa for any Schengen member state (see:
TIRGL/SCHS ), Czech Rep., Estonia, Hungary, Latvia,
Lithuania, Malta, Poland, Slovak Rep. or Slovenia.

一般不特别说明的话，说Cyprus就是指南塞吧。北塞只有土耳其一个国家承认。
拿意大利居留顺利出入塞浦路斯，没有问题哈。
