新西兰签证机票问题

我想要申请新西兰的签证，使馆网页上也说，不要先付了票钱，只是要• Evidence of travel Bookings to and from New Zealand. 而且专门说明了Please note that the ticket is not required at this stage and you should pay for your flight only after the approval for a visa has been obtained.

然而，以前办申根签证的时候，所谓的Booking其实都是付了票钱的。但是，这次签证我并没有把握一定能过，如果先付了票钱就有很大风险性。而且票价不菲。不知道哪里可以这样，只是定票，而不出票的？

我今天去STA TRAVEL问了，他们说可以HOLD一个位置，但是，只有几天的有效期而以。而且并不是confirmed。如果要confirmed就要交定金，定金一张票也要150镑的样子。
