求助：关于英国签捷克

在捷克的驻英使馆网站上看到的信息里好象只要求了护照的有效期，没有要求英国签证的有效期，不知道是不是意思是只要从捷克回来后护照还有超过三个月有效期就可以了呢？请高手帮忙确认一下？非常感谢！
附：捷克大使馆网站上写的要求：
PLEASE NOTE THAT ONLY APPLICATIONS WITH ALL OF THE SUPPORTING DOCUMENTS AS FOLLOWS WILL BE ACCEPTED.
In some cases further documents and guarantees will be required with your application, e.g. confirmation of accommodation, voucher, return airplane ticket, sponsorship letter, invitation from your business partner in the Czech Republic, etc.
ALL DOCUMENTS HAVE TO BE PRODUCED IN ORIGINAL AND IN COPY - OTHERWISE THE ORIGINAL WILL NOT BE RETURNED!!!
1 - An original application form completed legibly and signed by the applicant (or the legal guardian for children).
2 a) - A passport valid for at least 90 days beyond the validity of the requested visa, with a blank visa page to affix the visa sticker
2 b) - and a copy of your passport (only the data page with your photograph and signature).
3 - One recent passport photograph (please attach your photo with a glue - do not staple).
4 - Proof of financial funds for the stay in the Czech Republic, e.g. recent bank statement, traveller磗 cheques, credit card in addition to your recent bank statement also confirming credit limit or invitation letter certified by the Foreign and Border Police in the Czech Republic. Please note that cash is no acceptable proof.
5 - Proof of your current occupation/or your student status in the UK. Either a recent original letter from your employer, solicitor, Company House or Chamber of Commerce or for students a recent original letter from your school, college or university.
6 - Proof of valid Travel Insurance (including Terms and Conditions) covering medical expenses, including emergency hospital treatment and repatriation, for the entire duration of your stay in the Czech Republic, also mentioning name of the person, period of cover and medical coverage-minimum GBP 20 000.
7 - Spouses of European Union Citizens. Proof of relationship is required: your spouse磗 passport issued by any European Union country (original) plus one copy as well as the original and one copy of your marriage certificate. Marriage certificates that are not in English or Czech language require certified translation.
8 - The applicable visa fee - click here.
9 - Prepaid self-addressed Special Delivery Envelope (if you want to have the passport returned by mail).

Dear Sir
I am from China and now studying at London. I plan to visit Prague sometime in August or September.
However, my UK Student VISA is valid till 31 Oct 2006. Do I need to present the return ticket back to China when submit the application? Since I have not decided whether to extend my studying in UK or just back to China, purchase of a return ticket to China maybe a unnecessary cost for me for the time being.
Would you please advice me at your early convenience?

Passport validity and registration requirements for EU/EEA citizens and other nationals”看，又多出Visa up to 90 days的要求，不知道是不是指英国的签证还要有90天。
所以最好再confirm一下。

我理解的Visa up to 90 days 是指他们发放的Shortstay的Visa最多不超过90天。不知道对不对。
