请问在拿了签证之后
把当时签证时交的保险退了
换另外一家可以不可以？

一般的保险公司都会提供它们的policy summary，里面会提到关于refund的条款
我举个例子，24Dr Travel Insurance AIG的policy summary里面提到If this insurance does not meet your needs, Rock Insurance Services Ltd will refund your money as long as you return this document to them within 14 days of receiving it. Rock Insurance Services Ltd will only refund your money as long as you have not travelled or made a claim.
