1985年荷、比、卢、德、法在卢森堡的申根签定申根协定，1990年意、西、希、葡加入，后芬、丹、冰、瑞典。申根协定取消边检，如有一国申根签证，可以进出其他申根国家

I think u can. when i first came to germany for an interview, I got my schengen visit visa in Guangzhou.and if u have all the materials which u need to apply for visa, u can get it within 3 days(at least in guangzhou)

Can we apply visa of Schengen inside of china? Or we need to apply tourist visa to one country and then 。.
