关于菲鹰改名字的问题 求赐教

在菲鹰买票的时候，把老婆的名字写错了。正确的应该是Pan weiying 现在变成 Pan wei了。因为我把ying填在middlename，wei 填在firrstname里了。

我发了几个邮件过去，菲鹰回复了我。大致的意思说，要我支付一部分费用才能改名，但是我不知道去哪里支付，邮件里好像提到了，但是看不懂。跪求大侠指导。

Hence, your name reflects as XU/KUN MR and PAN/WEI MS.


For the passenger PAN/WEI MS, a penalty of Php1,344 shall apply based on our Airline Regulation for name change. Since we can only amend names if it is a letter or two difference. You may proceed to any of our ticket offices to pay the said penalty and for ticket re-issuance.

我想，那个费用还不如重新买一张。但是放弃的话，有可能收no show fee吧。

还有就是上哪里去支付那个1344比索的钱啊。。。

好像提到去ticket offices 处理,但是国内没有菲鹰的ticket offices 啊.还有就是这个需要提前几天处理呢...

菲鹰回复了,说是必须提前一天在ticket office 更改.我查了下,马尼拉机场 卡蒂克兰机场都有他们的office

我想问题应该算是解决了 没有大碍吧.
