在Expedia上想订上述邮轮，在"Complete Booking"时却发现“ All listed rates are valid for U.S. and Canadian residents only.” 结果想付款时发现没有办法用国内的卡支付，而且他们有一个Promotion是用Master卡支付才会有的，不知道是不是也是需要用美国的卡才能享有的，不知道这是怎么一回事，如有见过或了解的解释一下，谢谢了
